We all absorb and process information in different ways. Understanding your own learning preferences can make your journey through the academy more effective and enjoyable. This page is designed to help you discover resources from our library that are tailored specifically to the way you learn best.

We organize our resources using the VARK model, a framework that identifies four main types of learning preferences:

• Auditory: You learn best by listening. This includes podcasts, recorded lectures, and group discussions.
• Reading/Writing: You learn best through text. You prefer articles, written notes, manuals, and transcripts.
• Kinesthetic: You learn best by doing. This involves hands-on activities, interactive simulations, and applying concepts in real-world scenarios. </aside>
